A TRE PUTS YOUR ECU INTO 5TH GEAR ALL THE TIME GIVING YOU
5TH GEAR TIMING VALUES WHICH IS GOOD, BUT ALSO DIS-ABLES THE
ECU'S ABILITY TO COMPENSATE FUELING BASED ON GEAR POSITION
WHICH IS BAD, THE HIGH GAIN MOD DOESN'T DO THAT.
This will de-restrict your Suzuki by outputting 1N23455 to
your ECU with the switch armed. With the switch off
everything works like stock 1N23456. This replaces my
previous GPS mods for de-restriction and is now PLUG AND PLAY.
No more removing the clutch basket to de-restrict your bike.
If you want to be able to take your bike to redline in 6th
gear (and have enough hp to do so) this mod is for you.
If your bike has a factory gear indicator, you want one
with a toggle switch so that you can still see 6th gear while
cruising around town etc. If your bike doesn't have a
factory gear indicator, it's not necessary to have the toggle
switch, the mod can always be active and no need to worry
about mounting a toggle switch.
