This device will help keep wheelies and traction under control by "LOCKING"
out NOS or Boost in 1st gear. It's intended for those using an air
shifter that sends out a ground signal when shifter button is pushed. By
tapping into the shifter button signal, you obtain a 12V steady output once
you have shifted the bike into 2nd gear using your air shifter. The
output remains on until you shut the power to the unit off (turn the key off).
The harness pictured is specific to Gen 1 Hayabusa, but a generic harness can
be supplied to work on any application where a ground signal is used to
trigger the air shifter. The 2 display LED's ensure proper function, Red
Led lights up when unit has power and ground, and the green LED lights up
after the air shifter signal has been triggered once.
Wiring requires no splicing, power and ground are obtained from the
Hayabusa's convenient plug and play connector near the right turn signal
commonly referred to as the euro connector. The horn signal you simply
unplug your ground signal going to air shifter harness and plug inline, and
then you have 12 volts coming out of the orange wire once triggered.
